We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 

However you as a customer is very important to us and we always monitor to deliver your ordered items quickly and delivered safely. We ship products almost anywhere in India by third party courier and few locations which our logistic partners do not serve can be shipped by Indiapost. 

After placing the successful order the estimated delivery dates will be shown based upon the availability of your item (s) and your shipment's destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 1 - 5 business days of your placing the order on our website depending on the location.

If there is any further delay in shipping the products, we may communicate via email or Call or Whatsapp.  You can also reach us by email or call or Whatsapp given in the contact us page only from your registered number.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the location within India.

We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of orders and based on your location, we may ship your order through any one of the mode either by Courier or Indiapost. Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:

• Nobody available at shipping address

• Incorrect PIN code

• Incorrect shipping address

• Other Force Majeure

• Extreme weather conditions

We send you auto email / SMS confirmation once the order is placed / shipped and another email when the order is get delivered.  In case you want to check the shipment status in between you can track your order details in your account.

Our courier partner(s), will not investigate any delivery issues, if you raise it after 12 hours of the package delivery .

Our Courier partner will deliver the product to you at the address provided by you.

You may collect it after signing the acknowledgement as applicable with Contact No or via OTP Delivery. It is mandatory to give Telephone # or Mobile # of the person who receives the package.

The customer should possess any one of the following documents as ID proof to take delivery of the product: (Some couriers may ask subject to the requiremet)

- PAN Card  / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card / Aadhar Card
