Description

Everest Thriphala Choornam is a classical Ayurvedic herbal powder by Everest Ayurveda, made from the three most revered fruits in Ayurveda — Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amalaki. Triphala (meaning "three fruits") is one of the most widely used and time-tested formulations in Ayurveda, known for its remarkable ability to cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate the entire body.

Triphala is unique in Ayurveda as it contains five of the six tastes (excluding salty), making it a tridoshic formulation that balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha simultaneously. It is particularly renowned as a gentle bowel regulator, digestive tonic, and powerful antioxidant that supports overall health and longevity.

Key Benefits:

  • Relieves constipation and promotes healthy, regular bowel movements
  • Detoxifies the digestive tract and removes accumulated Ama (toxins)
  • Purifies blood and helps manage skin disorders
  • Beneficial for eye health — reduces eye strain and inflammation
  • Helps manage mouth ulcers and oral health issues
  • Relieves headaches caused by digestive toxins
  • Powerful antioxidant that supports healthy ageing and longevity
  • Balances all three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha

Key Ingredients:

  • Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) — gentle laxative, digestive tonic, and rejuvenator
  • Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) — respiratory support and detoxifier
  • Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) — richest natural source of Vitamin C, powerful antioxidant
